For groups of 10 or more people, we offer you and your guests a place of relaxation and enjoyment.

The most diverse delicacies from our classic kitchen are always prepared fresh and just for you. Enjoy our culinary delicacies with your friends and family. Our chef will be happy to advise you individually.

Salads:

  • Lamb’s lettuce with avocado, grapefruit and parmesan
  • Seasonal salad with roast duck breast and a honey-and-sesame dressing
  • Smoked salmon tartare with a chervil and pine kernel marinade, served with a tomato and zucchini salad

Soup:

  • Holstein potato soup with slices of smoked sausage
  • Cream of tomato soup with basil and balsamic vinegar
  • Cream of red lentil soup with ginger and essence of curry
  • Paprika-essence with puff pastry cheese straws

Main course:

  • Roulade of plaice and salmon on a bed of spinach, with Dijon mustard sauce and wild rice
  • Fried pike-perch in a potato crust, on a bed of cherry tomatoes, white and oyster mushrooms
  • Steamed fillet of turbot with saffron sauce, beetroot and potato puree
  • Loin of pork in a pepper and cream sauce, served with grilled tomato, broccoli and potato rösti
  • Veal roast with morel cream sauce, served with garden vegetables and potato croquettes
  • Loin of lamb in a mustard and herb crust, served with ratatouille and au gratin potatoes

Dessert:

  • Lübeck fruit jelly with vanilla sauce and cream
  • Fruit salad of fresh seasonal fruits
  • Fruits of the forest au gratin, with cassis ice cream and cream
  • Fresh pineapple with white wine foam and strawberry ice cream
  • Ice cream bombe garnished with fresh fruit and cream
  • “Klassik” selection of desserts
