The 11 double rooms are dedicated to the personalities from Lübeck, who have shaped the cultural heritage of this renowned and charming Hanseatic city.
In the 18 single rooms, you will find personal travel reports written by various authors of the last centuries about Lübeck. They poetically describe their experiences and impressions, of the Hanseatic city.

General information about the Klassik Altstadt Hotel
- Secure parking is only 250m away in the “St. Marien” or at the MuK. It is usually possible to unload and load your luggage right in front of the front door. We’re happy to help. You can find detailed information about parking options in our FAQ.
- We owe the preservation of this beautiful building to the monument protection, but for historical reasons we have to do without the installation of an elevator. We therefore recommend one of our three single rooms on the ground floor to people with mobility impairments. Please contact us when booking the room!
