The sunny façade of this late classical residence harbours a friendly hotel with its modern, comfortable rooms decorated in the Romantic classical style. Once a mediaeval bath house and then an anchor smithy in the 17th century, this historic building was redesigned and thoroughly renovated before being established as a contemporary hotel that could look back on a rich tradition.
The KLASSIK ALTSTADT Hotel is already a popular meeting place and much in demand with visitors to this Hanseatic city who are interested in culture, as well as artists who enjoy the homely atmosphere. Not only individual travellers, but also smaller groups are well looked after by our staff.
The 28 individually designed, comfortable rooms all have and ISDN, fax and modem connection, cable TV and a hairdryer. The hotel’s own car park, a rarity in the Old Town area of Lübeck, is of course at the disposal of our guests.
